Our visit to Berlin just happened to coincide with the 2014 World Cup Final, as luck would have it we were in the capital city of the winning team and got to watch the match from a little tavern just outside the fan park. The atmosphere was incredible, even the torrential rain couldn't dampen our spirits. Although the aftermath of drinking stein after stein in soaking wet clothes all night did leave us feeling a bit worse for wear the next day! Next stop Czech Republic...
